In this context, we hereby inform you in accordance with the requirements of Art. 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) about the processing of your personal data and your related data protection rights. To ensure that you are fully informed about the processing of your personal data in the context of our customer and/or supplier relationship, please take note of the following information.

The processing of personal data, such as name, address, email address, and contact details, is always carried out in accordance with the GDPR and the applicable national data protection regulations.

With this data protection information, we would like to inform you about the type, scope, and purpose of the personal data we collect and process. Furthermore, this data protection information explains the rights to which data subjects are entitled.

Please note that for the conclusion and fulfillment of the contract by us and/or our service provision, it may be necessary for a data subject to provide us with personal data. Failure to provide personal data or the withdrawal of consent may result in us no longer being able to fulfill our contractual obligations.

We process pre-contractual measures and/or the execution of contractual relationships in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

In doing so, we process your personal data such as address and contact details, information about conversations held, your requirements, offers, and other information we receive from you.

If external partners are involved in the provision of services or fulfillment of orders, the necessary information may be passed on to them for the provision of their services.

IT systems such as ERP systems and financial accounting are used in the processing of personal data and information. Service providers have access to these systems as part of maintenance. In such cases, we conclude the necessary data processing agreements in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Processing of your personal data for which you have given us your explicit consent is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Processing of your personal data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR if it is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party and does not override the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

We have received your personal data from you directly.

We only disclose your personal data within our company to departments and persons who have the necessary security requirements and need this data to fulfill contractual and legal obligations.

There are also legal obligations (e.g., tax laws) that require us to disclose data. In these cases, we must disclose your personal data to the relevant authorities in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR.

We also only disclose your personal data to third parties outside our company if required by law and if they need it to fulfill contractual and legal obligations (e.g., tax advisors, logistics companies, etc.).

We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU.

We process and store personal data of customers as long as it is necessary to fulfill contractual and legal obligations. If the data is no longer required for these purposes, it is regularly deleted.

As a responsible company, we do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

As a data subject, you have the following rights at any time:

• Access to your data stored by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR

• Rectification in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR

• Erasure of your stored data in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR

• Restriction of data processing in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR

• OBJECTION ACCORDING TO ART. 21 GDPR TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA BY US IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 6 PARA. 1 LIT. E OR F

• Data portability in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR.

• If you have given us consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR.

• You can lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority at any time. The competent authorities can be found at: https://www.bfdi.bund.de/EN/Infothek/Anschriften_Links/anschriften_links-node.html.

We reserve the right to update this data protection information from time to time to ensure it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection information. The currently published data protection information applies to any subsequent data processing.
