ABOUT US

Gastimate

Gastimate is a research project of three young students of the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE) at the University of Applied Sciences Munich and focuses on the development of a consumption-automated platform for a more sustainable and cost-efficient ordering of liquid goods and commodities, such as gas bottles, beer kegs and other dispensing containers.

We offer our customers in the hospitality, service and industrial sectors a service that not only leads to lower process and capital commitment costs, but is also the easiest and most sustainable way to get liquid goods and commodities delivered in a consumption-automated way.

Currently, we are working together with a leading gas supplier and the University of Munich on our proof of concept and are therefore still looking for suitable partners for our MVP.

If you find the idea is exciting or have suggestions for improvements and would like to be part of our journey, then please get in touch with us!

SMART.

GROUND-BREAKING.

SUSTAINABLE.

VISION
STATEMENT

To create digital processes and automated services for the oldest industry in the world – the restaurant, hotel, and hospitality sector – in order to waste less resources.

MISSION
STATEMENT

We want to actively shape the change in how the restaurant, hotel and hospitality industry orders consumption-automated liquid goods and commodities to offer the customer a more sustainable and cost-efficient supply chain. We focus on making our products simple and easy to use on site (Plug & Play), maximising the digitisation and automation of our services, and engaging local suppliers to make our planet a better place.

OUR TEAM

“Regardless of whether the CO2 or butane gas bottle, the beer or the cola is nearing its end, we can automatically call up the fill level and trigger an order on time. By simply networking our services with the customer’s products on site, the entrepreneur can concentrate on his core business again and thus not only save money, but also do something good for the environment.”

MAXIMILIAN BETZ

“The mission to support one of the most fascinating industries in the world in becoming more digital and efficient is something that always motivates and drives my team and me. The enthusiasm for this industry combined with the passion for digital transformation and sustainable solutions are the foundation of our idea.”

DAVID FIRMIN

“Just because a specific process has been done in a certain way for a long time that doesn’t mean it always has to be like that. Our aim is to take advantage of all the technological tools at our reach to make our customers work/life easier.”

JESÚS SANDOVAL

“Our biggest challenge is to transform technical knowledge and IT opportunities into a sustainable, reliable and convenient service that helps our customers every day. I believe that technology will be key to deliver this.”

David Bassil

“Generating tangible added value through realistic analysis to make our lives more sustainable. We use the potential of digitalization to measurably reduce costs and waste – and thus do business sustainably.”
